Even after we signed he went out of his way for us to make sure our flex wall was installed correctly (and even sent us videos after it was installed). I would definitely recommend working with him, he made sure we were aware of multiple units that would fit our needs. Joseph did a great job in helping us find our new apartment. Joseph has a strong knowledge of real estate in NYC with a specialty in the financial district. He is extremely knowledgeable of the process of renting an apartment and can find you a great apartment if you give him the tools to do so (ie your roommates have a consensus over what they want and what they can spend). Our apartment was on the market for less than a day, and Joseph secured it for us. Joseph's responsiveness is at the highest level as he is an extremely hard worker. My 2 roommates and I used Joe as a broker last year. Looking for a new apartment in NYC might be one of the most stressful things I've ever had to do, and Joe made sure that we had all of our questions answered, even if we would ask him the same ones over and over! Not only was he our broker, he became our friend and is always there if we need any advice or have any questions about our new place. I would absolutely (and I often do!) recommend any one to work with Joe.
